Freddie:　That's certainly got something to do with it. Our company just opened an office in India.
Ron:　There should be a law. We need to keep jobs at home.
Freddie:　Well, you can't stop progress. And the world's progressing in 2)leaps and bounds.

Freddie:　Thanks, but I'm not in the *poorhouse yet.

外國競爭
阿朗：這麼多人可以裁，你認為他們為何裁掉你？你還是資深員工。
費迪：和全國各地失業員工的原因一樣，景氣不好。
阿朗：和外國競爭有關嗎？
費迪：肯定脫離不了關係。我們公司才剛在印度開設據點。
阿朗：該立法確保國內的工作機會不流失到國外。
費迪：沒人能阻止進步，這世界正跨步跳躍往前。
