MOVIES - 電影看板 'Two Lovers' to choose 陷入兩難的「紐約愛情故事」   "Two Lovers", directed by James Gray, is a love story that takes place in Brooklyn, New York, where Leonard (Joaquin Phoenix) meets Sandra (Vinessa Shaw) and Michelle (Gwyneth Paltrow). 由詹姆士葛雷執導的「紐約愛情故事」，描述一段發生在紐約布魯克林區的愛情故事，李奧納（瓦昆菲尼克斯飾）在那裡遇到了珊卓拉（凡妮莎蕭飾）與蜜雪兒（葛妮絲派特羅飾）。 Leonard has some mental and psychological issues due to his ex-fiancee leaving him. He lives with his parents and works in his father's dry cleaning store. Everything seems to be meaningless to him, until he meets two important women. 李奧納在他的前未婚妻跟他分手後，有一些精神與心理上的問題。他和父母住在一起，並在父親的乾洗店工作。一切似乎對他毫無意義，直到他遇到這兩名重要的女子。   Sandra, a well-behaved, graceful and quiet Jewish girl, was brought up in a middle class family, and is the daughter of Leonard's father's business partner. Michelle, who is outgoing, attractive and passionate, is from a family that was wealthy until her father lost all their money. People are expecting to see Leonard's struggle of choosing between his two lovers. However, for Leonard, the decision could not be easier; it's the surrounding circumstances that make things more difficult. 李奧納會選擇誰呢？人們預期他會為了選擇哪一名女子而陷入兩難，不過對他來說，做這個決定並不難，只是他周遭的情況讓事情更加複雜。   Michelle, played by Academy Award winner Gwyneth Paltrow, shines in this film. Sandra, on the other hand, seems gloomy compared with the other two main characters. Vinessa Shaw is a talented actress, but Sandra actually is a flat character, and takes more of a supporting role. This film will appeal to lovers, singles who have difficulties in choosing loved ones, and anyone who appreciates Gwyneth Paltrow. 由奧斯卡獎得主葛妮絲派特羅飾演的蜜雪兒，在片中表現亮眼。珊卓拉和其他兩位主角相比，則顯得有些鬱鬱寡歡。凡妮莎蕭雖然是位才華洋溢的女星，但珊卓拉其實是個平版的角色，而且比較像是配角。情侶、選擇伴侶上遇到困難的單身貴族、以及崇拜葛妮絲派特羅的人，一定會喜歡這部電影。      >>單字   >>Podcast
