Pharmacist:　Let me 1)consult with your doctor. I may be able to give you something different.
Joe:　Good, because these pills just don't agree with me.
Getting Better
Martha:　Joe, it's only been a week, and you're looking much more *chipper.
Joe:　That's probably because you've been staying on top of me.
Martha:　thanks, but you're finally doing a great job of taking care of yourself.
Joe:　I have to say, the new *treatment is really working wonders.
Martha:　You mean the new medication?
Joe:　No, I'm talking about your chicken soup. It's fantastic!

喬：我不知道。我可以吃別的藥嗎？
藥劑師：我來跟你的醫生討論一下。我或許可以開別的藥給你。
喬：好，因為這些藥實在讓我很不舒服。
日漸好轉
瑪莎：喬，才過一個星期，你看起來就好多了。
喬：大概是因為妳一直盯著我。
瑪莎：謝了，但妳最後還是有把自己照顧得很好。
喬：我必須說，新的療法真的很有效。
瑪莎：你是說新開的藥？
喬：不，我說的是妳煮的雞湯。太棒了！
